Born in Amsterdam.
Baked started with a simple idea: take the world’s most comforting food: the baked potato, and flip it for a city that never sits still.
We saw a gap in the grab-and-go game. Too many meals left you crashing or craving something better. So we rolled up our sleeves and got to work: crisping skins, mixing up delicious toppings, and serving it all with serious soul.

From spreadsheets to spuds.
After 17 years in corporate life, Sophie swapped office hours for oven timers and turned a baked potato obsession into something bigger. What started as chats with friends, home experiments, and cravings for something both comforting and cool became Baked, a fresh take on fast food that feels as good as it tastes.
With a sharp eye for detail, a deep love for good food, and a knack for creating a vibe, Sophie built Baked to be more than a lunch spot. It’s a slice of personality. A place to stop, refuel, and feel looked after. You’ll often find her behind the counter, playlist on, checking if your potato’s crispy enough (it is).
Simple ingredients. Serious flavour.
We work with local producers and suppliers who care as much as we do. Our ingredients are fresh, seasonal, and sourced with intention. Whether you’re plant-powered or meat-loving, every topping is made to satisfy without shortcuts or fluff.
Just warm, honest food built from the ground up. Because if we’re going to serve comfort food, it better be food you can feel good about.

From Dronten, with Crunch: Meet Our Spuds
Our secret weapon? The golden Agria potato, grown with care at Polder Potato, a family-run farm rooted in the rich soil of Dronten. Since 1991, the Kodde family has turned simple spuds into premium produce through a mix of old-school farming know-how and sharp modern tech.
Their potatoes are the real deal: crispy skin, fluffy middle, flavour that hits different. Perfect for loading up and powering through. Grown just a few hours from our oven, they bring local soul to every bite.
Fresh from the field. Straight to your plate.
